  • circular transactions or artificial invoicing;

  • cash conversion or indirect monetary extraction;

  • unlawful or prohibited activities;

  • transactions lacking real business purpose.

The Company reserves the right to reject any request that does not meet its business use criteria.

7. TRANSACTION APPROVAL

All transactions are subject to:

  • business assessment,

  • operational feasibility,

  • and verification processes.

Miracify Trade may approve, limit, or decline any request at its sole discretion.

8. RESPONSIBILITY OF CLIENT

The Client agrees to:

  • provide accurate and truthful information;

  • ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations;

  • cooperate in verification and communication processes.

9. MISUSE AND ACTION

In case of misuse, misrepresentation, or violation of this Policy, Miracify Trade reserves the right to:

  • reject or cancel transactions,

  • suspend or restrict services,

  • take necessary recovery or corrective action,

  • report matters to relevant authorities where required under law.
