FULFILMENT POLICY

Effective Date: 1 April 2026

This Fulfilment Policy applies to the business operations and services of Miracify Trade, operated by Miracify Private Limited (CIN: U58202PN2023PTC223584) and also registered under Udyam Registration Number: UDYAM-MH-26-0933299 (hereinafter referred to as “Miracify Trade”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By engaging with our services, the Client agrees to the terms of this Fulfilment Policy.

1. NATURE OF FULFILMENT

Miracify Trade operates as a business purchase facilitation and procurement coordination service provider.

Fulfilment of any transaction is carried out in connection with:

  • third-party vendors,

  • suppliers,

  • manufacturers,

  • distributors,

  • or service providers.

Miracify Trade may coordinate procurement and vendor payment processes; however, the actual supply, dispatch, and delivery of goods are carried out by the respective vendors.

2. ORDER PROCESSING

Once a Client request is approved:

  • purchase details are reviewed and confirmed;

  • vendor coordination is initiated;

  • payment processing (where applicable) is arranged;

  • order placement or procurement action is executed.

Order processing timelines may vary depending on:

  • product availability,

  • vendor confirmation,

  • transaction verification,

  • and operational conditions.

3. DELIVERY AND DISPATCH

Delivery of goods is managed by the respective vendor or supplier.

Accordingly:

  • dispatch timelines depend on vendor readiness;

  • delivery timelines vary based on location, logistics, and product type;

  • Miracify Plus does not guarantee fixed delivery timelines.

Any delivery estimates provided are indicative only and subject to change.

4. SHIPPING AND LOGISTICS

Shipping, transport, and logistics arrangements are handled by:

  • the vendor,

  • third-party logistics providers,

  • or mutually agreed delivery mechanisms.

Shipping costs, if applicable, may be:

  • included in vendor invoice, or

  • communicated separately.

Miracify Trade may assist in coordination but does not directly control logistics operations.

5. DELIVERY DELAYS

Delays may occur due to:

  • vendor processing time,

  • stock availability,

  • logistics disruptions,

  • transport issues,

  • external factors (weather, strikes, etc.),

  • or other operational constraints.

Miracify Trade shall not be liable for delays arising from such factors.

6. INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE

The Client is responsible for:

  • inspecting goods at the time of delivery or collection;

  • verifying quantity, condition, and specifications;

  • raising any issues immediately upon receipt.

Once goods are accepted or collected, they shall be deemed accepted by the Client.

7. DAMAGE, DEFECT, OR SHORTAGE

In case of:

  • damaged goods,

  • defective items,

  • incorrect supply,

  • or shortage,

the Client should notify Miracify Trade and/or the vendor within a reasonable time.

Resolution shall depend on:

  • vendor policy,

  • product nature,

  • and transaction terms.

Miracify Trade may assist in coordination but does not independently guarantee replacement or refund.

8. PARTIAL FULFILMENT

In certain cases, orders may be fulfilled partially due to:

  • stock limitations,

  • vendor constraints,

  • or operational factors.

Remaining items may be:

  • fulfilled separately,

  • adjusted,

  • or handled based on mutual discussion.

9. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

The Client agrees to:

  • provide accurate delivery details;

  • ensure availability for receiving goods;

  • coordinate with vendor/logistics where required;

  • ensure proper handling and use of goods after delivery.

10. NO DIRECT WARRANTY BY COMPANY

Any warranty related to goods:

  • is provided by the vendor or manufacturer, where applicable;

  • is subject to vendor-specific terms.

Miracify Plus does not provide independent product warranties unless explicitly stated in writing.

11. LIMITATION OF ROLE

Miracify Trade acts as a procurement and coordination facilitator and not as a direct seller, manufacturer, or logistics provider. Accordingly, the Company’s role is limited to coordination and operational support in the procurement process.

12. POLICY MODIFICATION

This Fulfilment Policy may be updated or modified from time to time without prior notice. Updated versions shall be effective upon publication on the website.
