REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective Date: 1 April 2026

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to the services, transactions, and business operations of Miracify Trade, operated by Miracify Private Limited (CIN: U58202PN2023PTC223584) and also registered under Udyam Registration Number: UDYAM-MH-26-0933299 (hereinafter referred to as “Miracify Trade”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By engaging with our services or initiating any transaction, the Client agrees to this Policy.

1. NATURE OF TRANSACTIONS

Miracify Trade operates as a business purchase facilitation and procurement coordination service provider.

All transactions are linked to:

  • procurement of goods,

  • vendor payments,

  • business purchase coordination,

  • and related commercial services.

Accordingly, refund and cancellation terms depend on the stage of the transaction, vendor involvement, and operational status.

2. CANCELLATION BEFORE PROCUREMENT

If a Client requests cancellation before any procurement action or vendor commitment has been initiated, the request may be considered.

In such cases:

  • cancellation is subject to internal review and approval;

  • any administrative or processing charges already incurred may be deducted;

  • the Company reserves the right to accept or decline the cancellation request.

3. CANCELLATION AFTER PROCUREMENT INITIATION

Once any of the following has occurred:

  • vendor order placed,

  • vendor payment initiated or completed,

  • procurement process started,

  • goods arranged or dispatched,

the transaction may not be cancelled, or cancellation shall be subject to:

  • vendor terms and conditions,

  • recovery of costs incurred,

  • applicable charges,

  • and operational feasibility.

The Client acknowledges that procurement commitments are binding once initiated.

4. REFUND CONDITIONS

Refunds, if any, shall be governed by the underlying transaction and may apply only in situations such as:

  • cancellation approved before procurement,

  • vendor refund received by the Company,

  • transaction reversal due to operational reasons,

  • overpayment or duplicate payment by the Client.

5. VENDOR-DEPENDENT REFUNDS

Where goods or services are sourced from third-party vendors:

  • any refund shall be subject to the vendor’s refund and return policy;

  • Miracify Trade shall process refunds only after receiving funds from the vendor;

  • delays may occur based on vendor processing timelines.

Miracify Trade does not guarantee immediate or independent refunds in such cases.

6. NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGES

The following may be non-refundable, where applicable:

  • procurement / processing charges,

  • service charges,

  • administrative fees,

  • transaction handling charges,

  • coordination or operational costs incurred,

especially where services have already been rendered or commitments have been made.

7. PARTIAL REFUNDS

In certain cases, partial refunds may be provided after deducting:

  • incurred costs,

  • vendor charges,

  • processing fees,

  • administrative expenses,

  • and any applicable adjustments.

8. PAYMENT ADJUSTMENT

Instead of direct refund, Miracify Trade may, where appropriate:

  • adjust the amount against future transactions,

  • carry forward credit to the Client account,

  • or provide settlement adjustment,

subject to mutual agreement.

9. TIMELINE FOR REFUND

Where a refund is approved:

  • processing time may vary depending on transaction type,

  • internal verification,

  • vendor confirmation,

  • and payment method used.

Miracify Trade shall make reasonable efforts to process eligible refunds within a practical timeframe.

10. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

The Client agrees to:

  • review purchase details before confirmation;

  • ensure accuracy of requirements, vendor details, and transaction information;

  • understand that business purchases involve commitments once initiated.

11. DISPUTES

Any dispute relating to refund or cancellation shall be handled based on:

  • transaction records,

  • communication history,

  • vendor terms (if applicable),

  • and internal review.

The Company’s decision, subject to applicable law, shall be final in such matters.

12. POLICY MODIFICATION

Miracify Trade reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions shall be effective upon posting on the website.
