Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

  • fiduciary relationship,

12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of this Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts located at Shivajinagar, Pune, Maharashtra, subject to any dispute resolution mechanism separately agreed in writing between the parties.
